Chair covers need more than the right width and height: the fastening arrangement also has to suit the chair. These Anartcle covers fit our swivel chairs, and I show their handles, vents and buckle limitation.
These chair covers fit our swivel chairs, and their plain black appearance also matches the covers we bought elsewhere for the couches. I like the handles and side vents. One limitation in our setup is that the securing buckles aren't easy to attach to our chairs, so I'd check the fastening arrangement as carefully as the cover measurements.

Quick Verdict
These Anartcle covers fit our swivel chairs, and I like the handles, side vents and simple black appearance. My main reservation is the securing buckles: they aren't easy to attach to our chair bases. Check both the measurements and where the buckles would fasten before ordering.
