A rechargeable pump lets you dispense from a compatible water jug without a full cooler. I show the dual-pump layout, filling demonstration and the bottle-neck fit I'd improve.
I compare filling a 16-ounce container with this pump and our regular cooler.

Quick Verdict
The dual-pump dispenser filled quickly in our demonstration and is convenient for portable bottle use, but I wish it clamped more securely to the neck.
